Wellbeing Journey
At the point of joining on a full access membership, you will be encouraged to make an appointment with one of our fitness professionals to start your 12-week wellbeing journey. The purpose is to review current habits whilst motivating and supporting members to achieve a balanced, focused and happier lifestyle.

Wellbeing Journey
You will have a 1:1 session with a fitness instructor where they will take you through a wellbeing consultation and complete a Tanita full body composition measurement. After this, your instructor will discuss your goals and will create a personalised training program to suit your needs..Training Programme
After your training program has been designed, your fitness instructor will spend an hour with you on the gym floor, guiding you through each exercise. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have.Mini-Review & Wellness Check
Your instructor will conduct a mini- program review, assessing your progress, preferences, and goal tracking. You will also have the option to complete physical testing if required.Focused Gym Session
Now that you're comfortable with the gym equipment, you will have the chance to select a training method or piece of equipment you'd like to explore further. You'll then spend 30-45 minutes in a one-on-one session with your fitness instructor.Wellbeing Check-in
Your instructor will guide you through a comprehensive progress review, comparing past results and providing recommendations or adjustments to your program. You will also complete a follow-up Tanita full body composition measurement and reassess your goals.Full Journey Review
We will review your progress over the 12-week journey, refine your program for ongoing improvement, and establish long-term goals for success. You'll also complete a short feedback survey. This is a great chance to ask any in-depth questions about your program and progress.
