By selecting the category drop down menu at the top right-hand side of the timetable you are able to view the days and times of all classes or individual classes. Members can book a class via the Westwoods app or member portal. Please use the arrows at the top of the timetable calendar to view these classes from above dates.

Wellbeing Journey
At the point of joining on a full access membership, you will be encouraged to make an appointment with one of our fitness professionals to start your 12-week wellbeing journey. The purpose is to review current habits whilst motivating and supporting members to achieve a balanced, focused and happier lifestyle.

From April to August each year, Westwoods Health Club opens its 12 outdoor tennis courts to full access members. Whether you are a seasoned player or new to the game, these courts will provide the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable and active tennis season.
