I have graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Sport and Exercise science BSc (HONS). Through modules such as Physiology, Sports rehab, and Strength and conditioning I have developed a vast knowledge that can help my clients succeed in any situation.
Since the beginning of my fitness career, I have worked with clients of all ability levels and ages to help them get fitter, stronger, more active and overcome a range of injuries.
Whether you are starting your fitness journey, coming back from injury or are an experienced lifter needing some fresh ideas, I can offer professional advice and guidance to really make a difference in your life.
