Westwoods Health Club is delighted to collaborate with The Spartans Football Academy as its official fitness partner. To mark the launch of our partnership, we were thrilled to host a nutrition workshop and a 45-minute circuits session for the girls’ team in our Energy Studio and Sports Hall. We hope this launch event will be the first of many over the coming years!
